WS Marketing - How We Work

At WS Marketing we believe that you the client are the most important factor in our business.

When you first make contact with us about any potential work, you will receive a Free Sixty Minute Consultation. This will enable us to gain a clear picture of your requirements and how best to meet those challenges.

Once an idea of your needs have been formalised, the firm shall produce a Proposal, outlining the specific issues that you have raised, and the requirements that you have. The Proposal will also outline the exact work to be carried out and the specific costs incurred. The proposal will include a Guaranteed Completion Date, and terms of payment. Upon signed return of the proposal, work will be begin straight away.

Once the work has been completed, you will be provided with a bound report in a traditional format. The report will include accompanying appendices, and any other relevant research. Clients will also be provided with an e-copy of the report on a CD ROM. At a relevant stage of the process WS Marketing will inform the client of the direction and likely outcome of the report. The firm will also make the client aware of any changes or alterations to the report.

WS Marketing will meet with the client to present the findings of the report and discuss any relevant issues/concerns generated from the report. The firm will provide the client with an invoice for the service provided.
